HUNT VALLEY -- Sunday in the Park, featuring family activities and band performances, will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday in Oregon Ridge Park, off Beaver Dam Road. The event is the Baltimore County Police Athletic League's annual fund-raiser.

Four stages will be set up for performances by Great Train Robbery, The Fringe, The Heat and Stonehaven Road. The Purple Dinosaur and Black Cherry Puppets will perform for children. Other events include police K-9 demonstrations, a classic car show, a jousting tournament, hot air balloon rides, pony rides and the Maryland Army National Guard Parachute Skydiving Team.

Admission is $5 for adults, free for children under 12. Proceeds will benefit the Police Athletic League and the Baltimore Association for Retarded Citizens.
