* Jessup: 7700 block of Route 1: A .380-caliber Magnum handgun, videocassette recorder and a savings bond were stolen from a home after someone pried open a front door Wednesday, police said.
* Guilford: 9600 block of Hastings Drive: Someone took a ladder from outside one home and used it to climb through the unlocked second-floor window of the home next door Wednesday. Police said a TV, camera and cash were stolen.
