The Westminster Women's Aglow, a network of women wh meet monthly for fellowship, praise and worship, will have a program and luncheon starting at 9:45 a.m. Thursday at Wilhelm Ltd. Caterers on Route 140.

Sara Fina Dahlen, vice president of ministries on the Maryland East Area Board, will speak. Lunch will follow the program at noon.

The cost is $6 or $1.50 for the meeting only. Child care is available, but separate reservations are required by calling 848-1501.

* Westminster: A resident of East Main Street reported someone spray-painted her car while it was parked behind her house Tuesday. She could not estimate the damage.

An employee of Omega Industries told police someone damaged and flattened the tires of her auto Tuesday. She estimated the damage at $100.
