The South Carroll Coalition is sponsoring a forum for Carroll County commissioner candidates at 7 p.m. today at Eldersburg Library, 6400 W. Hemlock Drive.
Each candidate will have five minutes to discuss his or her stand on the issues, then residents may ask questions.
