Neil Dhillon, a Democrat running for the 6th District congressional seat, will hold a news conference at 1:30 p.m. today at The ARC of Carroll County, 180 Kreiders Church Road, Westminster.

Mr. Dhillon, one of seven Democrats vying for the seat, will talk about health care and reform.

Roscoe G. Bartlett, a Republican from Frederick County, holds the seat now and is running for re-election.
