* DOUBLE SHOOTING: Eastern District -- Two men were shot early yesterday while standing in the 1600 block of E. Lanvale St. One victim was shot in the legs, back and hand and was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was in critical but stable condition. The other man sustained a graze wound to the leg and was in good condition at Church Hospital. Police said that the double shooting appeared to be drug-related and that no arrest had been made.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A preteen boy was riding his 10-speed bike in the 700 block of Druid Park Drive Monday night when an older youth pushed him to the ground and stole the bike, valued at more than $100.

* THEFT: Northern District -- After stopping in the 1100 block of McCulloh St. to allow a man whom she had picked up in the 1900 block of W. North Ave. to leave her car Monday, the woman noticed her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $22, was gone.

* THEFT: Northern District -- A pair of prescription eyeglasses valued at $100 was stolen from a car parked outside Mount Washington Mill in the 1300 block of Smith Ave. over the weekend.

* THEFT: Northern District -- A pager, coins and cash, all valued at more than $100, were stolen from a 1990 Nissan parked in the 2300 block of Penny Royal Terrace Monday.

* THEFT: Northern District -- A scuba diving watch valued at $1,000 was stolen from a house in the 2200 block of Cross Country Blvd. Monday.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A television set and game board, all worth more than $400, were stolen from a house in the 2600 block of Park Heights Terrace Monday.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A videocassette recorder and a spare key were stolen from a house in the 3600 block of Greenmount Ave. Monday.

* STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A four-door 1988 Oldsmobile with tags VXY 314 was stolen over the weekend from the 3700 block of Greenmount Ave.

* STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1987 Toyota with New York tags D5P997 was stolen from the 1100 block of E. Belvedere Ave. Sunday.

* THEFT: Northern District -- Someone entered a shed at 28th and Atkinson streets Sunday owned by a man selling hub caps and stole a portable radio valued at $30.

* STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A white 1984 Honda Accord with unknown tags was stolen from the 5500 block of Wilvan Ave. over the weekend.

* ASSAULT: Western District -- During an argument with two men over money, a 31-year-old resident of the 1000 block of W. Fayette St. was struck over the head by one man and threatened with a knife by the other in his home Monday.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1700 block of Park Heights Ave. was walking two Rottweiler puppies in the 2500 block of Reisterstown Road over the weekend when a gunman robbed him of the puppies, valued at more than $400.

* BURGLARY/ARREST: Western District -- Police responding to a burglary in progress in the 2200 block of Presstman St. Monday arrested a man who was trying to leave with several pieces of property. The suspect was being held at the station pending a bail hearing before a District Court commissioner. The man was seen by a caretaker of the house who called the police.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A 34-year-old resident of the 1800 block of W. Saratoga St. was walking in the 400 block of N. Fulton Ave. Monday when a man placed a sharp object in her back and robbed her of $15 and a pack of cigarettes.

* ASSAULT: Western District -- An 8-year-old girl who lives in the 600 block of N. Arlington Ave. suffered a bruised leg Monday after a boy shot her with a BB gun. The boy was being sought.

* THEFT: Western District -- More than $100 in coins was stolen from under a stack of towels inside a house in the 1500 block of Baker St. between Aug. 20 and Monday.

* THEFTS: Western District -- Over the weekend, someone stole 10 pieces of gypsum wallboard valued at $170 from Mace-Fremont Building Materials in the 1100 block of N. Fremont Ave. Between Sunday and Monday, materials for door frames valued at more than $400 also were stolen from the firm.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A 17-year-old resident of the 1600 block of Ruxton Ave. was in the 2300 block of Baker St. Monday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of a pager valued at nearly $100.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A 26-year-old resident of the 2700 block of Baker St. was walking near his home yesterday morning when two men, one with a .38-caliber revolver, robbed him of a 35 mm camera, valued at $340, and $90.

* SHOOTING: Western District -- A 43-year-old woman was in the 3400 block of Holmes Ave. Monday when the driver of a car fired at least one shot at her. The woman was not injured. Witnesses gave police the license number of the car, which was stolen.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* ROBBERY: Parkville Precinct -- Police were seeking three men, one with a handgun, who robbed the Valu Food market in the 7600 block of Belair Road Monday afternoon. While one man acted as a lookout, the gunman approached the office and ordered a female employee to open the door. When she did, a third man entered the office and grabbed an undisclosed sum of cash. The three escaped, driving away in a gold or brown Nissan Sentra with Indiana tags 533663 or 533636.

* ROBBERY: Towson Precinct -- An employee of Rick's restaurant at Towson Commons in the 400 block of York Road was about to open the business about 7 a.m. Monday when a man approached him from behind, pushed him inside and robbed him of more than $100.

* ROBBERY: Towson Precinct -- A 19-year-old woman was walking toward her car parked on a lot in the 8100 block of Loch Raven Blvd. at Taylor Avenue Monday night when a blond gunman robbed her of four rings and a purse. The rings, purse and its contents were all valued at $100.

* STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- Someone stole a 1993 Dodge Caravan with tags 550794M from the 3600 block of Lockwood Road Sunday.

* STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- A 1992 Ford Probe with tags BGW 034 was stolen Sunday from the 100 block of Western Winds Circle.

* STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- A 1992 Volkswagen GTI with tags AXB 152 was stolen from the 4600 block of Owings Run Road Sunday.

* STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- A 1987 Chrysler Fifth Avenue with Pennsylvania tags AHP3956 was stolen Sunday from the 400 block of Reisterstown Road in Pikesville.

HARFORD COUNTY

* THEFT: Joppa -- While a 1992 Geo Tracker was parked in the 400 block of Breslin Road Monday, someone stole the vehicle's vinyl top valued at $300.
