SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Manny Alexander's RBI single in the 10th inning lifted Rochester over Syracuse in the Triple-A International League.
Jim Dedrick (3-6) pitched two shutout innings for the victory and Mike Oquist worked the 10th for his third save.
