* New Windsor: New Windsor, Westminster and Union Bridge engines were dispatched to a fire in a vacant school house in the 200 block of S. Springdale Road at 1:27 a.m. Friday. Fire officials said the blaze was started by lightning. Units were out for two hours and 45 minutes.
