* Bozzuto Group is the new name for Bozzuto & Associates of Greenbelt. Company President Thomas S. Bozzuto said the change reflects the continued growth of its subsidiaries and its recent move into the single-family housing market through Bozzuto Custom Homes.

Other subsidiaries include Bozzuto Development Co., Bozzuto Management Co., Bozzuto Construction Co. and Bozzuto Landscaping Co.
