An article in The Sun yesterday misstated the purpose of a Sept. 2 court hearing in the Rev. Benjamin F. Chavis Jr.'s lawsuit against the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. The hearing concerns Dr. Chavis' request for a preliminary injunction.
