Eliza Louise Dancy

Eliza Louise Dancy, a retired Social Security Administration librarian, died Aug. 15 of cancer at the Mercy Medical Center. The native of Greenwood, S.C., was 83 and lived in Ashburton. A memorial service has yet to be set.

She is survived by a daughter, Chrystal Louise Dancy Matthews of Baltimore; a sister, Mae Frances Dancy of York, Pa.; two nephews and six nieces. Memorial donations may be made to the Eliza Louise Dancy Aspiring Young Artist Scholarship Fund at Rho Chi Omega Charities, 6400 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville 21228.
