* Union Bridge: A Keymar resident told state police that someone stole tools valued at $1,175 from his vehicle Monday while it was parked in the 1700 block of Clear View Road, near Union Bridge.

* Union Bridge: Firefighters from Union Bridge responded to wires down on Crouse Mill Road at 12:10 p.m. Monday. They were out for 36 minutes.
