A headline in yesterday's editions of The Sun stated incorrectly that prosecutors in former Baltimore comptroller Jacqueline F. McLean's theft and misconduct case filed a motion seeking to move the trial outside the city. In fact, the motion asks that an outside judge be assigned to preside over the case, but the case would remain in Baltimore.
