* Hampstead: An official of Genesis IV Hair Design in the North Carroll Shopping Center reported to state police that someone entered the shop Sunday and stole $110.

Officials of the Carroll County Board of Education told state police that windows of three automobiles and the building were broken at school offices in the 1200 block of N. Main St. over the weekend.
