* Elkridge: 6400 block of Julie Ann Court: Someone pried open the basement door of a house under construction and stole parts of a stove sometime between last Friday and Monday, police said.

5700 block of Rowanberry Drive: A gray 1993 Honda Accord with Maryland tags AHG 452 was stolen shortly after midnight Tuesday morning. Two blocks up the street, about the same time, someone smashed the passenger window of a 1990 Nissan 300ZX, but fled when the vehicle's alarm sounded.
