The Carroll County League of Women Voters will register voters for the primary from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow at the Carrolltown Center on Liberty Road, Eldersburg.

Residents age 18 and over who are not registered may do so at this time for the 1994 elections.

The Carroll County Board of Elections also will be demonstrating the new voting machines to be used in the next statewide elections.

Galen Clagett to visit mayors, college official

Galen R. Clagett of Frederick, a Democratic candidate for Maryland's 6th District congressional seat, plans to visit Carroll County today to meet with three local mayors and a Western Maryland College official.

Mr. Clagett is running for the seat held by Republican Roscoe G. Bartlett.
