Those planning to vote in the 1994 primary election must register by 9 p.m. Monday.

Applications may be picked up at the election office, 101 Crain Highway, Room 305, Glen Burnie. All county libraries, most banks and post offices also have applications.

Monday also is the last day to apply for a barrier-free polling place. Handicapped or elderly people who require such a polling place should call 222-6600.
