A 19-year-old Mount Airy man was arrested in Frederick County Wednesday night on marijuana possession charges, state police said.

Jeremiah Deike was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent to use.

A Walkersville resident told state police he saw several people smoking marijuana in Heritage Farm Park at 6 p.m., Sgt. Terry Hill of the Frederick barracks said.
