A 15-year-old Arnold youth was beaten and robbed Saturday morning as he walked in the 400 block of Golf Course Court, county police said.

The boy was headed home about 12:30 a.m. when two youths approached him. One pulled out a small, semiautomatic handgun and told the victim to hand over his wallet, police said.

One of the robbers struck the boy after he surrendered his wallet. The robbers then ran from the area and may have gotten into a small, dark-colored car, police said.
