OTTAWA -- Mark McLoughlin kicked his fifth field goal of the game with 1:21 left in the fourth quarter to give the Calgary Stampeders a 30-27 win over the Ottawa Rough Riders last night.

McLoughlin scored 18 points, including the game-winning 22-yard field goal for the Stampeders (4-1), who won their fourth straight game.

Tony Stewart scored a pair of touchdowns for the Stampeders, reaching the end zone on a 1-yard run in the first quarter and catching an 11-yard touchdown pass from Doug Flutie in the third.

Darren Joseph rushed for a pair of 1-yard runs for the Rough Riders(2-3), who lost for the third time in their last four games.

Stewart gave the Stampeders a 10-3 lead with his first touchdown before McLoughlin made it 11-3 with a single off a missed field goal.

Joseph scored twice to give Ottawa a 17-11 lead before McLoughlin kicked second-quarter field goals of 36 and 48 yards to forge a 17-17 halftime tie. After Terry Baker's 34-yard field goal gave the Rough Riders a 20-17 lead, Flutie connected with Stewart for a touchdown in the third and a 24-20 lead.

McLoughlin kicked a 34-yarder in the fourth to make it 27-20 before Danny Barrett ran it in from the 1 to tie the score for Ottawa. McLoughlin's first field goal was a 22-yarder, identical to his game-winner.
