Apartment windows smashed man charged

THE BALTIMORE SUN

A Pasadena man was arrested Monday night after county police said he smashed the windows of three apartments and fought with the occupant of one of them.

Eastern District officers went to an apartment building in the 600 block of W. Shore Road about 9 p.m. and found a man sitting in front of the apartment building bleeding from a cut on his right hand.

Witnesses told police the man had punched out the windows of two apartments. He then put his fist through the rear glass door of another apartment and broke into it, police were told, and he fought with Kenneth Patrick Slattery, 29, who lives in the apartment, police said.

Richard Peter Chenoweth Jr., 33, of the 7700 block of W. Shore Road was charged with destruction of property, breaking and entering, battery and disturbing the peace in the incident.
