THE BALTIMORE SUN

Police arrested an 8-year-old boy Monday afternoon and charged him as a juvenile in the vandalism and break-in at the Belle Grove Elementary School on Sunday evening, police said.

The boy, the third juvenile charged in the incident, was issued a juvenile citation and released to his parents. He was arrested at 4 p.m. Monday.

A 15-year-old boy and a 9-year-old boy were arrested Sunday evening. They were also charged as juveniles and released, police said.

Investigators said the 8-year-old's arrest closed the case. There has been no official calculation of the damage to the school, police said.
