County police yesterday have identified the man killed Sunday morning in an accident on Quarterfield Road and the overpass of Route 100.

Bruce Alan Johnson, 35, of the 7600 block of Rona Court died instantly when a limousine hit him as he rode his bicycle, police said.

The limousine driver left the scene and called police later from Baltimore Inc., which owns the car. The company is located in the 1400 block of Grimm Road in Severn, police said.

Joseph Michael Boggs, 31, who had a New York driver's license, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence, police said.
