Baltimore independent TV station WNUV (Channel 54) has agreed to an affiliation with the new United/Paramount network, the network's owners announced yesterday.

The network has 41 affiliates and plans to begin broadcasting in January. Its lineup is anchored by "Star Trek: Voyager," the newest incarnation of the science fiction series.
