6000 block of Hanover Road: A blue 1983 Cadillac Coup de Ville with Maryland tags ZVR 711 was stolen Thursday, police said.

* Ellicott City: 9400 block of Route 40: Someone twisted off door locks and stole cash from Zelbo's Cleaners, Moyers Sports Corner and Dimitris Hair Salon on Saturday or Sunday, police said.
