* Rose Haven: County sheriff's deputies have arrested Anthony Pruitt, 24, of Alabama Avenue on charges of failure to appear in court on a breaking and entering charge.

* Annapolis: A thief stole $390 worth of boating equipment from a boat in the 1300 block of East Bayview Drive Tuesday and left behind some candy. Two life jackets, an eight-foot dingy and a fender were stolen from the boat, police said.
