* Rose Totino, 79, who helped develop the crisp crust that made Totino's the top-selling frozen pizza in the United States in the 1970s, died Tuesday of cancer in Rochester, Minn. She was a member of the Frozen Food Hall of Fame. When she and her husband, Jim, started their business in a small Minneapolis kitchen in 1951, Mrs. Totino had to bake a pizza for her bank loan officer because he didn't know what it was. After she sold Totino's to The Pillsbury Co. in 1975 for $22 million, she donated millions to charity.
