An 18-year-old Arnold man was assaulted and robbed Saturday night in the 400 block of College Parkway, police said.

Paul Culhane told police he was out walking about 11 p.m. when someone hit him from behind and knocked him to the ground. The assailant demanded money and Mr. Culhane gave him an undisclosed amount of cash.

Mr. Culhane, who also was kicked and hit in the ribs and face, managed to run away from his attacker, police said.

Police said they are looking for a white male, approximately 17 years old, with a husky build and short, dark hair. He was wearing a white pullover shirt, blue jeans and a hanging cross earring, police said.
