THE BALTIMORE SUN

A 21-year-old Davidsonville man and a 17-year-old Annapolis girl were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and narcotics paraphernalia Tuesday morning.

County police went to the 400 block of Forelands Road about 1:30 a.m. to investigate a call about loud music coming from a vehicle and found two people sitting in a white Honda Civic, police said.

The driver got out of the car and talked to police, who then asked if they could search the car. They found suspected marijuana and a wooden pipe containing suspected marijuana residue, police said.

David Christopher Wherley, of the 1000 block of Eagles Passages Court, and the young woman were arrested.
