Hospital golf classic to be held June 20

The 16th annual St. Agnes Hospital Golf Classic will take place at Turf Valley Country Club on June 20.

Morrison-Crothall, an environmental services firm, is sponsoring the event.

Both of the country club's professional 18-hole courses have been reserved for the event. The $200 entry fee entitles golfers to brunch, 18 holes of golf, three free golf balls, golf towel, tees, driving range balls, cocktails, banquet, the 1994 commemorative gift and a chance at more than $2,000 in prize money.

A putting contest will be held on the practice green at 9:30 a.m. where golfers can compete for more than $200 in prizes.

Proceeds from the golf classic will benefit the St. Agnes Hospital Foundation. Information: 368-3155.

* Ellicott City: 4500 block of Hemlock Cone Way: Several items were stolen from vehicles parked inside an unlocked garage late Saturday or early Sunday, police said.

11500 block of Frederick Road: Tools were stolen from a school construction site Thursday or Friday, police said.

8900 block of Town and Country Blvd.: A black 1991 Honda CBR600 motorcycle with Maryland tags 7306D3 was stolen Friday or Saturday, police said.
