FIRE

* Eldersburg: Sykesville and Gamber units responded to Liberty High School in the 5800 block of Bartholow Road for a fire alarm sounding in the building at 1:54 p.m. The engine from Gamber was canceled before it arrived, and firefighters from Sykesville returned to their station in 15 minutes. No fire was reported.
