Police find suspect hanging in his cell

A man arrested for allegedly stealing a truck and fleeing police was found hanging by his T-shirt in an Annapolis Police Department holding cell Thursday.

Carl Lee Mullins, 41, of no fixed address was cut down from the bars by an officer who went to question him. He was treated by paramedics and taken to Crownsville Hospital Center, where he was released Friday.
