McCrone Inc., an Annapolis-based engineering, environmental consulting, surveying and land planning firm, has hire Stephen E. Putscher as a project engineer in the Annapolis office.

Mr. Putscher, a resident of Annapolis, is involved with civil site design of projects in the Central Maryland region.

Also joining McCrone as a project engineer in the Annapolis office is John A. Blondell.

Mr. Blondell will be responsible for design of water distribution and treatment and wastewater collection for municipalities. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is certified in concrete and soils testing.
