Scott Miller named to Who's Who

Scott Miller of Re/Max Columbia has been named to Who's Who in Residential Real Estate in North America.

Mr. Miller, an Ellicott City resident, is a certified real estate specialist, a graduate of the Realtors Institute and has served as a board member of the Howard County Real Estate Master's Club. Vince Montsinger has joined Revisions Design Center in Columbia as a sales manager and project consultant.

Mr. Montsinger, who previously worked with Bell Atlantic, will coordinate all aspects of major design and building projects. The Columbia law firm of Levan, Schimel, Belman & Abramson, has announced that Samuel L. Israel has joined as an associate. He will concentrate on general civil litigation. Mr. Israel graduated from the University of Maryland and received his law degree from Georgetown University of Law Center. Ross Gray, a graduate of Centennial High School, has been hired as hotel sales manger for Turf Valley Hotel and Country Club.

Mr. Gray will be responsible for booking company meetings and functions that involve overnight accommodations. John K. Burch Jr. of Columbia has been appointed vice president of the construction management division for Crofton-based Gardiner & Gardiner construction company.
