* Elkridge: 6700 block of Old Waterloo Road: A black BMW with Maryland tags 824ATF was stolen Friday night, police said.

* Ellicott City: 3000 block of Chestnut Hills Drive: A purse was taken after someone entered a home through an unlocked sliding glass door late Monday or early Tuesday. Electronic items were stolen from vehicles parked in the driveway. Police said the residents, who were home at the time, reported hearing nothing.

3700 block of St. Paul St.: A leaf blower was taken from St. Paul's Church on Sunday after someone entered a detached garage there, police said.
