Bill Greenwell and Tony Mogavero had two-run singles in the ninth inning, as Bel Air (11-5, 8-0) clinched the Harford County League baseball title yesterday, outlasting host North Harford, 8-5. The Hawks (6-9, 4-4), had missed a chance in the seventh when they loaded the bases with no outs, but got only one run to tie the score at 4.
