* Kings Contrivance: 8900 block of Early April Way: A white 1991 Ford Econoline van with Maryland tags 210092 was stolen Wednesday. "Interior Elements" was spelled in red letters on both sides of the van.

* Owen Brown: 9000 block of Snowden River Parkway: The phone lines at Kong's II were cut and someone attempted to pry open the rear door Wednesday, police said.
