A memorial service honoring former President Richard M. Nixon will be held at noon tomorrow at the Carroll County Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Willis Street.

Judge Raymond Beck, State Sen. Larry Haines, Del. Richard Matthews and Westminster Mayor W. Benjamin Brown will speak.

Dr. Shelton Smith, pastor of the Church of the Open Door, will deliver the memorial service message.
