A High's store in the 6700 block of Ritchie Highway was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money Saturday morning, county police said yesterday.

A man walked into the store at 8:10 a.m., bought a candy bar and asked the cashier for change to use a pay phone outside, police said. He returned moments later and bought a gallon of bottled water, then pulled a gray, small-caliber semiautomatic handgun from his right pocket and demanded money, police said.
