Poe drives in 3 to beat Keys, 7-3

WOODBRIDGE, Va. -- Charles Poe had three RBIs as the Prince William Cannons topped the Frederick Keys, 7-3, last night in a Single-A Carolina League game.

The Cannons (9-7) led 1-0 through seven innings, but erupted for six runs in the eighth to break the game open. The Keys (7-9), who are in last place and 3 1/2 games behind the Wilmington Blue Rocks in the Northern Division, scored all three runs in the ninth.

Starting left-hander Sean Johnston pitched 8 2/3 innings, allowing three runs on four hits.
