New York man robbed at fast-food restaurant

A New York man told Aberdeen police that he was robbed after stopping at a fast-food restaurant on U.S. 40 to make a telephone call at 2:50 a.m. Wednesday.

Shayne D. Town of Hastings, N.Y., said he was returning to his car when someone pushed him to the ground from behind and took $30 from his wallet.

The robber ran away, Mr. Town said.

Three televisions taken from three motel rooms

An employee at the Super 8 Motel in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway in Havre de Grace told police that someone entered three rooms Monday night and stole three General Electric 19-inch televisions.

The loss was estimated at $900, police said.

Group offers reward in business break-in

Harford County Crime Solvers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for the arrest and indictment of someone responsible for breaking in through a side window of a business in the 2800 block of Belair Road in Fallston around April 17.

The office was ransacked and a camera and adding machine worth $1,100 were stolen.

Anyone with information about the incident should call the Crime Solvers hot line at (410) 877-STOP. Callers do not need to give their names or appear in court.

* 100 block of Connolly Road: Someone broke into the post office Monday. Postal supplies, doorbells and a trash can were stolen, and cabinets and a safe were damaged. The losses and damage were estimated at $633, police said.

CHURCHVILLE

* 2900 block of Churchville Road: Someone broke into the post office Monday. Postal supplies, scales, a stereo system and office equipment were stolen, and the floor safe was damaged. The losses and damage were estimated at $2,032, police said.
