Carroll Lutheran Village recently installed Geary K. Milliken as executive director.

The Rev. Philip Emanuel, dean of the Westminster Conference of the Delaware-Maryland Synod, was the installing pastor. The Rev. John Brindjar delivered the sermon.

Mr. Milliken assumed his duties March 1. He is a graduate of Shippensburg State University with a master's degree in community counseling, a licensed nursing home administrator and certified retirement housing professional.

Mr. Milliken, his wife, Nancy, and their three daughters live in Westminster.
