Howard Community College's Counseling and Career Services Department will sponsor its annual Job/Career Fair for students and county residents from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Galleria of HCC's Science and Technology Building.

More than 40 companies will participate, including Coca-Cola, Prudential Preferred Properties, United Parcel Service, Duron Paints and Wallpapers, Howard County General Hospital, Chevy Chase Bank, Columbia Medical Plan, Department of Juvenile Services and the Columbia Association.

* Dorsey's Search: 5600 block of Columbia Road: A 1993 Nissan 300ZX was stolen around 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

Wilde Lake: 10400 block of Twin Rivers Road: Someone grabbed a purse from a person at Slayton House and fled at 9:25 p.m. Thursday. The purse was recovered at the baseball field at Wilde Lake High School.

5600 block of Open Sky: A 1988 gold Acura Legend was stolen between 11:20 p.m. Tuesday and 7 p.m. Wednesday.
