There are three telemovies on TV tonight, including Fox's dramatization of the Menendez brothers murder trial.

* "Health Care Reform Town Meeting" (7-9 p.m., WMPT, channels 22 and 67) Sponsored by Rep. Kweisi Mfume, a Maryland Democrat, this program features Hillary Rodham Clinton and Donna Shalala, secretary of health and human services. Broadcast live from Johns Hopkins Medical Institution's Turner Auditorium.

* "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" (8-8:30 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) -- Pam Grier is guest star, which is enough information right there to get me to watch. NBC.

* "Honor Thy Father and Mother: The True Story of the Menendez Murders" (8-10 p.m., WBFF, Channel 45) -- Jill Clayburgh as a toupee-ripping Mrs. Menendez conjures up the campiest portrayal of a matriarch since Faye Dunaway in "Mommie Dearest." Fox.

* "A Time To Heal" (9-11 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) -- Gary Cole, who in 1989 gave a fine portrayal as a husband coping with his wife's sudden death, takes on tragedy again in this new telemovie as a man whose wife suffers a stroke during childbirth. Nicollette Sheridan co-stars, and both she and Mr. Cole make this drama raw and real enough to be involving. NBC.

* "Northern Exposure" (10-11 p.m., WBAL, Channel 11) -- Great episode: Adam and Eve (played by Adam Arkin and Valerie Mahaffey) appeared together, for a change, in this wild episode

about a Maurice shindig gone awry. CBS repeat.

A5 * "Legends of History" (8:30-9 p.m., the Learning

Channel) -- First of two parts. This new series opens with a two-part look at "Hannibal: The Terror of Rome." This isn't the Chianti-and-fava-beans-eater, either. It's the other memorable Hannibal, the guy who drove elephants across the Alps to invade Rome.
