Man's leg crushed at Odenton plant

THE BALTIMORE SUN

A 43-year-old Arbutus man remained in serious condition yesterday at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after his left leg was crushed at an Odenton container company Wednesday, police said.

Larry E. Breeding was standing on a conveyor belt when he accidentally got stuck between two rollers at the Atlas Container Corp. in the 8100 block of Telegraph Road. The accident occurred shortly before 8 a.m.

Police said Mr. Breeding fell through a gap in the belt caused by two missing rollers, and that a conveyor load pusher crushed his left leg.
