Michael D. Eisner, chairman of Walt Disney Co., was paid $203.1 million last year, with all but $750,000 of it in stock 'N options, BusinessWeek reported yesterday.
He earned nearly four times more than the second-highest paid executive, Sanford I. Weill, head of Travelers Inc., who earned $52.8 million.
Eisner's pay is a record for U.S. public corporations.
