* Eldersburg: An official of a concrete contracting company told state police that someone stole 12 concrete form panels from the company, in the 5400 block of New Expansion Drive, on Friday. The loss was estimated at $1,980.

* Sykesville: Firefighters from the Sykesville station assisted Frederick County firefighters in investigating a fire alarm sounding in a building in the 15500 block of Fox Pair Terrace at 8:43 a.m. Thursday. They were out for 4 minutes.
