4 charged with dealing crack cocaine

THE BALTIMORE SUN

Annapolis police arrested two men and two women Monday on charges of dealing crack cocaine.

Police officers had stopped a car on Aris T. Allen Boulevard about 6:30 p.m. after receiving a tip that its occupants were dealing drugs in Newtowne, a low-income housing project, police said yesterday.

When officers searched the car and its occupants, they found nine bags of crack cocaine and an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

All four suspects were charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute. They were identified as Shawn Donnell VTC Mobley, 25, of Severn, who was being held in the county jail without bond; Samuel Anthony Watson, 32, of Capital Heights, who was held on $50,000 bond; Terri Lynn Harris, 28, of the 700 block of Newtowne Drive, who was held on $2,500 bond; and Feronica Renay Isaacs, 21, of the 700 block of Newtowne Drive, who was held on $5,000 bond.
