* Manchester: Engines from Manchester, Lineboro, Pleasant Valley and Pleasant Hill of York County were dispatched to investigate the odor of burning in a house in the 4800 block of Band Hall Hill Road at 10:04 a.m. yesterday. Units were out for 21 minutes.

* Lineboro: Firefighters from the Lineboro station assisted York County, Pa., at a house fire on Blue Hill Road at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday. They were out for 40 minutes.
