* Chatham Mall: A man grabbed a purse from a woman leaving the Giant supermarket about 6:50 p.m. Thursday. Police said the man was black, about 30 years old with a dark complexion and a mustache. He was wearing a dark baseball cap, a dark shirt and vest, knee-length black shorts and tennis shoes.
